Lights Out For This Season’s Tree of Lights

This year there will be no Tree of Lights on top of the Coast Inn of the North. For three decades, the tree was part of the Prince George landscape during the Christmas season and was used to raise funds for the Salvation Army. This year, organizers say the effectiveness as a fundraiser has tapered off. Salvation Army is looking into if the Tree of Lights may work better in a different location next Christmas season.
