Two Missing Kitimat Youths (UPDATE)

KITIMAT — Kitimat RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in locating two missing youths.

Alexa Jacie Wiggins-Duncan, 14, was last seen yesterday afternoon at the Kitimat General Hospital. Wiggins-Duncan is described as an Aboriginal female, long black hair, brown eyes, 4’11” and 119 Ibs. She’s believed to be travelling with Melissa Rayanna Henry, who is also missing, and they may be headed towards Prince George and Vancouver.

Melissa Rayanna Henry, 17, was last seen leaving her home last night at around 8:45 pm. Henry is described as an Aboriginal female, long black hair, brown eyes, 5’7″ and 150 Ibs.

Update

At around 3:00 pm today, Kitimat RCMP located Alexa Jacie Wiggins-Duncan and Melissa Rayanna Henry.

They were found safe in New Hazelton.

Mounties would like to thank the public for providing tips on the whereabouts of the two missing girls.
