Old and Young Judokas Go Home With Hardware

The other big sporting event in Prince George this weekend was the Judo Club’s PG Open. Sydney Edgson and Tami Goto again asserting themselves as two of the top fighters in the area, both grabbing gold in their weightclasses. Nevada Jones and Elias Dewar the other top spot finishers from the PG Judo Club, but my favorite winners from the weekend are these little junior judokas. These three 5-year-olds are the gold medal winners from the white belt under 20 kilogram division. A special congratulations to Amelia Williams, Maddison Holt, and Mila Willows. Very cute isthe next generation of judo superstars.
