PRINCE GEORGE – In what’s being described as a “defensive battle of attrition,” it was the University of Manitoba Bisons who hung on to beat the men’s Timberwolves, 66-63 on Friday. The two teams will butt heads again tonight at the Charles Jago Northern Sports Centre in the second game of a double-header weekend.
As for the ladies’, the Bisons held them off to 76-69 loss last night. They too will square off again this evening.
