The Spruce Kings are back home Thursday night looking to win their ninth straight game as they chase the Chilliwack Chiefs in the overall standings. They’re up against the West Kelowna Warriors, who feature a few familiar faces to the city. Prince George’s Brandon Dent and Terrace’s Mason Richey will be making their return to PG, after both wrapped up careers with the Cariboo Cougars a season ago. In one full year with the Cats, Dent finished with 59 points in 40 games. Meanwhile, Richey played three full seasons for the Cougars and left quite the mark. He sits atop the all-time leading scorers in the BCMML, with 64 goals and 74 assists, good for 138 points. In the BCHL, Dent has 4 goals in 41 games, while Richey was 4 goals and 8 assists in 45 games. The Warriors also feature the likes of 2013-2016 Cariboo alum in Chase Dubois.
