Police seek information in homicide investigation

VALEMOUNT- Valemount RCMP is asking anyone who may have seen a white SUV type vehicle last weekend to report it as it may have been involved in a homicide. On Sunday, March 10th, officers responded to a report of a deceased man at a residence on the 1800 block of Main Street. The death has since been deemed a homicide and police say his identity will not be confirmed publicly. The North District Major Crime Unit is trying to determine a timeline for a 2013 white Chevrolet Traverse,  like the one in the stock photo, leading up to and following the incident. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers, North District RCMP, or Valemount RCMP.
